Encyclopedias of the world will be brought back to the houses and the libraries. From 2005, all encyclopedias and dictionaries have been taken away from people, and now this is being repaired. The comeback of these essential tomes will start from either June this year, or January next year 2020 at latest.

All the encyclopedias are books whose first entries were written hundreds of years ago, and in later years only new content was added, while no old content was ever crossed out. „Knowledge is certain”, say the words inside all the encyclopedias. The law states that once information is gathered in science, it can not be deleted or erased. Because of that, regimes of the world in their criminal politics deprived people of access to the encyclopedias, at first providing them with new books in substitution. The new para-encyclopedias did not contain any scientific knowledge, and instead informed about the mythology propagated by regimous governments. The old real encyclopedias are very important to the well-being of the world nowadays, and hence they are coming back.

The deprivation of access to encyclopedias touched people not only through denial of knowledge. It actually caused the downfall of electronic programs and machinery in the whole universe. All machines, all technologies, always worked with essential support of encyclopedias. Because of deletion of these ultra-significant resources, all technical devices have lost access to information about geography and biology, as well as information about technical methodology. Most of the machines stopped functioning, and others became stripped from most of their modes and options. All technology of the world requires steady and stable access to scientific resources of knowledge to be able to operate, and the erasure of encyclopedias from discs of technical machines was the direct cause for the impoverishment of people of the world. None of electronic programs accessible to people nowadays works within the scope of its real functions, as all of them are in at least 50 percent deprived of the possibility to operate. Therefore the comeback to the real encyclopedias is immensely vital, and works have been undertaken for it to occur as soon as it will be possible.

Encyclopedias and dictionaries are the basic drivers for electronic programs and electronic systemics, and they have to be installed back again into all the technologies for them to resume proper work. This is why the return of the encyclopedias to houses and libraries will be simultaneous with their return to the technical systems. The main method of their reinstallment is via a computer program recently created, which will govern all the repairments of all the machinery in the world. The program, established in functional mode in the month of late February, is already working on improvements of all existing technical devices, and is going to be used for implantation of encyclopedias and dictionaries as drivers into all the systems. Current works are focusing on ensurement of success of this future operation and on removal of all the obstacles to the program's functions.

Encyclopedias of the world encompass The Book of Beasts, started in year 300, The Bible, The Catalogue of Plants, and The Computer Compass, the last one being an information source into the electronics. Dictionaries encompass The Learning Circle, started in year 400, The English Law, and the Time Gate, the last one being an information source into linguistic development of the universe. The introduction of all these and other books as drivers into the systems must precede their comeback in the paper form to people, as without technical improvements of the world machinery, no material improvements will be able to occur.
