Three hundred years ago seems like a very recent time to those who have time-travelled here to 2019 from there. The time travels of people do not happen so often, contrary to time travels of computer files. Only some persons in the world have access to compass equipment which allows transport through time. And the knowledge about it is quite small, diminished by the propaganda of medieval modesty of technology promoted by criminality. Compass never served any other purpose than time travel. The knowledge of four directions can be gained from any map, while compass aim is only to move through periods of time while in same place. Currently for over two decades compass computer application is installed in all computer systems; inside Windows and all other systems. It is always active and external programs for file download have stable access to it, which has to be turned on for searching the internet of a different year for files. File download programs are the reason why several people from three hundred years ago have used the compass physically to visit year 2019.

The people are police from early 18^th century and are searching for equipment responsible for the openage of time gates on internet. Stealings of files have been highly wild all throughout years 2018 and 2017, and nowadays police wants to stop this state of things for good. There are promises that no more thefts will be commited on scientists and artists and their current publications. Quite probably the content of this magazine will become one of the first things protected from time travel steals.

However the problem is spying, which also leads to theft of artistic and scientific publications. Spying is an activity committed by governments of world countries mainly in 1990 and in 1995, and their victims are occassionally approached by politicians of different parties from those years in the purpose of learning the matters of 2019. Information leaks and publication leaks are very high currently, and police is also taking care of that, promising to stop this criminal procedure withing the month of March.
