Biology of the world is the theme of the new project of the universities in the entire universe. University culture has been undergoing changes in the recent months, as its position has been undermined in the past years by the separation of people from libraries and other scientific sources, and most of the professors have been deprived of their jobs and denied pay. However, as university is vital to the health of the society and of the world, in this year already works have been started to pick universities up from crisis.

There are changes being made in the structure of university, which wants to go back to its cultural roots. Universities are going to hire more professors and invite all people for studies in the next term this year, starting from September. Exams to universities will be oral and possibly also in written form, and they will be organized, like in the old days, by the authorities from inside of universities, and the autonomy of organization will belong once again to the hands of universities themselves. External ministeries will no longer have influence on the work of scientific centres.

However, if the works towards these aims should fail to re-establish university culture this year, in 2020 definitely they will be successful. University professors have created a list of the real centres of education in the entire world, and will work towards re-establishment of all old universities on Earth, including the Syberian University and the Caraibbean Academy of Arts. University professors who still have functional job positions have also prepared a list of names of all people who are invited to take up professoral work inside universities, and the list encompasses 300 names.

Currently all professors are invited to create scientific research into the biology of the world. This theme is the proposed subject of educational work necessary to recreate the knowledge sources for libraries. The world biology was chosen because it is believed that the crisis in the world culture took place due to fashion for unnaturality and artificiality, and due to propaganda of poisons as parts of the environment; and the project aims to re-establish knowledge about the natural structure of the universe. Professors are invited to create educational resources by gathering old academic books and by writing new ones.

The universities are all going to open their gates to students in September this year, for exams and study participation. None of universities is going to be governed by any external authorities.
