Paragraph 44

Children of the world are going to have a special law system established for them which will enumerate their priviledges as a special group of world citizens. All animals who have not completed their schooling will be considered children by the general constitution and by the special consitutional paragraph for children.

The paragraph is of number 44 and contains a list of the rights of children and information about their position in the world.

The paragraph is the last one that was necessary to be established, say the lawyers who decided on its existence.

„We have talked it over and we have found it obligatory to underline and emphasise the holiness and the sanctihood of children. We have been in recent past all, as universal citizens, appalled by crimes against children, and by false individuals pretending to be children, who damaged the reputation of real young people of the world. We have been also appalled by the lazy laws of legal immunity for underage criminals, by the amnesties to underage criminals, and therefore we found it essential to define what children are inside the constitution, for them to never be impersonificated by any criminals of young age again” – said Ibrahim Pasha of Bizantium, who together with other lawyers prepared the whole of Paragraph 44.

All of the special paragraphs are adnotations to the main six laws of the constitution, and they more specifically explain the morality demands and the culture obligations towards all living creatures.
